This golden yellow crocosmia was named for the British-born scientist George Davidson, famous for his exploratory work and teachings on the U.S. Pacific Coast in the 1800's. Professor Davidson was a bright star, not unlike this brilliant hybrid. This is the best yellow crocosmia for size and number of blossoms, and is, like the others in this group, a breeze to grow.
