Pink Pineapple Lily Bulbs for Sale | Sparkling Burgundy

There are plenty of "great" flowers out there, but this Pineapple Lily goes above and beyond with towering flower spikes and fascinating foliage to boot. Eucomis Sparkling Burgundy gets its name from the dark color of its leaves, which emerge in the spring and change to deep green before reverting to reddish-purple in the fall.

During the summer months, 20–30" spikes of tiny, starry florets topped with tufts of greenery grace gardens. The delightful blooms start as deep pink buds that then pop open to reveal creamy pink. That's right—all that strappy leaf color plus two months of sturdy, attractive flowers on a single easy-care plant! Grow this beauty in garden beds or plant in pots to bring inside during the winter. Enjoy!

Mixed review.. burgundy Eucomis

1st year, this was a great plant. Stellar leaves, beautiful blooms, but BEWARE...deer th8nk they are quite tasty,
2nd year, Stellar leaves, the. Collapse of said leaves Easy to grow bulbs suggested 10-10-10 fertilizer. This resulted in more leaves that appear healthy, but no stalk or blooms. Will fertilize more regularly next spring to see if I can get it going.
