Our paperwhite farmer, who we believe is one of the best in the world, had a very good year with his Nir crop. So good, in fact, that his field produced some giant bulbs, 19+ centimeters in circumference, an almost unheard of size and likely the largest in the US market. With more flower stems per bulb and a larger number of floretes per stem, these paperwhites are excellent for indoor forcing or garden use. Grow these next to any garden center variety and you'll see the difference. If you're nuts about paperwhites, want to give them as gifts, or are planning a fall fundraiser, these will beat the pants off other options. Since they come to us in sturdy black plastic bulb crates, which are oh so useful around the house, we'll ship them out in these cases, as an extra little bonus.
